I woke up at around 10, but I just could not get out of bed. I would just keep falling back into a quick 2 minute dream, roll over and repeat. I did this for 4 HOURS completely aware of what was happening. Really weird.....
If you don't know what a muscle up is, its a gymnastic move which combines a pullup and a dip. You pull yourself over the bar and you Just check out 3:23 for that AMAZING slow and controlled muscle up. Thats PURE raw strength.
Props to him, I can only do about 7 or 8 swinging ones at once. This guys next level.
Update: Upon closer inspection i can see that the video has been slowed down a little, but it is still impressive
